Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using receivecoins.com in any way, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.

Use of the service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, and to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Fees

Fees are calculated based on your transaction volume, as described on our pricing page. Fees may change from time to time; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.

Refunds and mistaken transfers

Confirmed on-chain transactions generally cannot be reversed. If a payment is underpaid, overpaid, sent on the wrong network, or sent after a checkout window expires, follow the resolution steps in our FAQ. We aim to resolve these cases promptly but cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to an incorrect address or network due to payer error.

Restrictions and availability

Availability of the service is subject to supported jurisdictions, merchant eligibility, applicable sanctions and restricted-party screening, and asset or network restrictions that may apply from time to time. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals or businesses in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to parties on applicable restricted-party lists.

Wallets and custody

receivecoins.com offers two settlement modes, and the custody arrangement differs between them. When you settle directly to a wallet you control, receivecoins.com acts purely as payment routing infrastructure: it does not hold, custody, or have withdrawal control over those funds at any point. When you use our built-in wallet instead, receivecoins.com holds that balance on your behalf in a wallet segregated per merchant, never pooled with other customers' funds, until you initiate a withdrawal. This is a custodial arrangement for that balance only, for as long as it sits in the built-in wallet.

receivecoins.com is a software and payment infrastructure provider. It does not provide fiat currency exchange or fiat on/off-ramp services; all settlement is crypto-to-crypto.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and running continuously, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, network conditions, and factors outside our control can affect availability.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
