FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short, direct answers about payments, fees, security, and how receivecoins.com works.

What is receivecoins.com?

receivecoins.com is payment infrastructure for businesses. It lets merchants accept stablecoin and crypto payments from other businesses and individual customers, and send payments out just as easily.

Which stablecoins and cryptocurrencies can I accept?

Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), and Dai (DAI) are available now, on the Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), Base, BNB Chain, and Arbitrum One networks. XRP, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Solana, along with the Bitcoin and Solana networks, are coming soon.

How fast do payments settle?

Incoming payments are confirmed on-chain within seconds. Settlement runs continuously, with no banking hours or business-day delays.

What fees does receivecoins.com charge?

Fees are based on your total volume over the trailing 30 days and apply the same way regardless of which supported coin you receive: 1.00% under 100,000 USDT, 0.75% from 100,000 USDT, 0.50% from 500,000 USDT, 0.40% from 1,000,000 USDT, and 0.10% from 10,000,000 USDT. There are no setup fees and no monthly minimums.

Can I send payments as well as receive them?

Yes. receivecoins.com supports both receiving and sending coins, through the API, the merchant panel, or manually created payment pages.

Do I need my own crypto wallet?

No. You can collect coins in the built-in receivecoins.com wallet, ready to use immediately. If you prefer to hold your own keys, you can connect your own wallet via WalletConnect instead.

What is MPC wallet technology?

MPC, or multi-party computation, distributes a wallet's private key material across multiple parties, so no single system ever holds the complete private key.

Is blockchain monitoring required?

No, it is optional and off by default. Merchants who want it can set their own risk threshold from the dashboard; coins that fall below the threshold are refunded automatically before they touch the balance.

How does receivecoins.com handle privacy?

receivecoins.com stores only what is required to settle a payment, and merchant balances are held in segregated wallets rather than pooled together. Transaction activity is not tied to a public business identity.

Can individuals use receivecoins.com, or only businesses?

receivecoins.com is built for businesses (B2B), with merchants able to accept payments from both other businesses and individual customers.
